About Us
O'Reillys Fishing is a small personal business operating from a traditional fishing tackle shop located in the West End of London and run by dedicated fishermen. In addition to the walk-in business we also operate a mail order service via telephone and the internet.
Our aim is to make fishing, especially fly fishing, accessible and easy for all. To this end we organise fishing trips, casting and fly-tying tuition, children's days out and sales of good quality gear at affordable prices.
Making A Purchase
To make a purchase just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. Note that cookies need to be enabled on your browser.
At any time you can click "View Cart" to review the contents of your shopping cart, alter order quantities, or remove unwanted items.
After you have finished your selection, click "Checkout" and you will be asked for your billing and delivery details.
Select whether you wish to pay online by Credit Card, by Invoice and Payment before delivery, or by Sending Credit Card details separately.
If you choose to pay by online credit card; you will taken into the secure Worldpay system. The security of this system is indicated by a yellow padlock symbol in your web browser. There you will be asked for your credit card details, which will be submitted for authorization. You can pay using any credit card accepted by Worldpay.
Otherwise, phone, fax or mail your payment or credit card details to the shop quoting your order number. Do not send your credit card details by email as this is not a secure method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch at the shop.
Shipping And Handling
Currently, we ship to the UK only and Ireland. Within the UK we use First Class Post for most items. Shipping costs are included in the price.

Delivery Schedule
Most items are shipped as soon as the order is received and will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
All internet payment transactions are handled securely by our payment service provider Worldpay using modern encryption technology and a wide range of fraud-prevention methods. Worldpay does not disclose your credit card details to us at all.
Guarantee
Under "The Distance Selling Regulations" you have the right to return most goods purchased by mail order for a full refund or credit. If you wish to do this you must notify us in writing (fax, mail or email) within seven working days of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us at your own expense, unused and in the condition they were received in. You will receive a full refund within 30 days. Note that these regulations do not apply to certain items such as our organised fishing trips.
Please let us know of any goods that are not up to expectation. As your satisfaction is our goal we will also refund your postage on any goods returned. In addition, many of our products are covered by manufacturers warranties of 12 months or more. In circumstances not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

When you make a purchase through this website we collect information from you necessary to deliver the goods purchased, produce invoices and to contact you in case of any problems or queries. If purchasing online by credit card you will complete the transaction on the Worldpay website. The information collected by Worldpay is covered under their privacy policy which can be viewed here.
To facilitate the processing of the transaction we also transfer to the Worldpay website your email address, telephone number and postcode. Your use of this web site signifies your consent to us and Worldpay collecting and using personal information about you in the manner specified.
O'Reillys Fishing does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than as described above.
Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to transfer information to the Worldpay payment processing website.
Remittance Terms
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Online credit card purchases are debited at time of sale. Invoiced orders must be paid for before delivery. If Credit card details are sent separately, debiting will occur when goods are dispatched.
